Spotted at our favorite flea market this past summer amongst yards of vintage grosgrain ribbon and spools of thread (also things we love to find at the flea!) was this incredibly-glamorous tassel. Handmade of rich brown silk threads and wrapped in golden brass wire, it almost made its appearance in our Fall Collection, but there was something that seemed to want to wait for the festive gatherings of the Holiday season. So here she is in her oh-so-chic debut as a larger-than-life pendant, suspended with tiny glittering brass beads from Turkey and from a double-strand of beautifully hand-wrought brass beads from Mali. The overall effect is an easy elegance, a throw-on-and-go glam that's just right with a cashmere sweater and clogs or with a sleek shift dress and heels...and what happens next for its stylish appearances is entirely up to you! Fastened at back by a gilt copper toggle, the necklace measures 22" in length, the tassel itself measuring 7 stunning inches overall.
